Our Gerontologist
Liz Tarzon is our Gerontologist, Certified Care Manager (CMC), and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), holding a master’s degree in Gerontology from both the United States and Europe. With over 20 years of experience in elderly support services including assisted living administration, managing state-wide case management programs, and leading senior services for an $80m organization.
Employing a whole-person approach, Liz crafts thoughtful, personalized home care solutions that enhance safety, independence, and well-being. She has a remarkable ability to identify creative and practical strategies that enable clients to thrive in their homes and communities—overcoming physical, social, or economic challenges to achieve independent living.
